FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. WHAT AGES DOES SHOWTIME OFFER CLASSES FOR?
We offer classes for boys and girls starting at age 3. Children MUST BE fully potty trained to attend our classes and program. Our classes can accommodate up to age 18. We offer private lessons for college age students as well.
2. CAN I TRY A CLASS FOR FREE?
Yes, your child is able to try one of our Tumble, Cover Bands, Future Rockers, or Rock the Sideline classes for FREE. No registration is necessary. Find a class that fits your child’s schedule by clicking the corresponding link below.
Arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the class and check in at the front office. You will need to sign a waiver form and then will be shown where your child will enter into the gym area and where you are able to view your child during their class. Please have your child wear comfortable clothes, socks, sneakers, hair pulled back, and bring a water bottle.

3. HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A CLASS?
In order to register for a class/program, you will need to create an account through our PARENT PORTAL. You can also make payments and change your contact information within your account.

4. HOW DO I TRANSFER TO ANOTHER CLASS?
If you need to transfer your athlete to another class (same level transfer) please email Diane@ShowtimeApex.com.
5. HOW DO I DROP A CLASS?
In order to drop a class, you MUST complete the below DROP FORM and physically return it to our Front Office Manager Diane. There is a 30-day drop notice policy. Sending an email to us or advising a coach does not constitute an official notice.

6. IF MY CHILD IS WAITLISTED FOR A CLASS/PROGRAM, HOW DO I KNOW WHEN A SPOT BECOMES AVAILABLE?
If the class you are interested in is ‘waitlisted’, you will need to click the waitlist button and enter your information so you will be put on the list. Once a spot opens and it is your turn on the waitlist, you will be notified via email to see if you are still interested in the registering for the class. If you are interested, then we will register your child for the corresponding class. Your card is not charged until you are officially registered for the class.

7. DOES SHOWTIME OFFER PRIVATE LESSONS?
Yes, we offer private lessons for boys and girls ages 3 and up. Each of our coaches has their own schedule and pricing fee. You can review their information and schedule your session by using the PRIVATE LESSONS link. Our coach’s bios are listed on our MEET THE STAFF page, where you can learn more about each of them.
8. DOES SHOWTIME OFFER OPEN GYM TIME?
Yes, we offer Open Tumble on Friday nights, with (2) sessions and are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Our first session runs from 4:30PM – 6:00Pm and then our second session runs from 6:00PM – 7:30PM. We have numerous coaches on the floor to assist our athletes. Pre-registration is required and can be done using the OPEN TUMBLE link. Our fee is $15/session for non-members and $10/session for current members. Your child should wear comfortable clothes, socks, sneakers, hair pulled back, and bring a water bottle.
9. HOW DO I GET A HOLD OF A COACH TO ASK A QUESTION?
The best way to get in touch with your child’s coach is to email them. Each of their emails is listed in their bio on our MEET THE STAFF page.
10. WHO DO I CONTACT IF MY CHILD IS INTERESTED IN SHOWTIME’S ALLSTAR CHEER PROGRAM?
Please contact Emily@ShowtimeApex.com with any questions about our All-star Cheer program. We hold try-outs in May and will advertise the event through our social media outlets.
11. DOES SHOWTIME OFFER KIDS CAMP?
We have our Camp Rock Track Out/Summer program for boys and girls ages 5 – 12. Our camp is open to the public. Registration is required, no walk-ins. Please visit our CAMP ROCK page for more information.
12. DOES SHOWTIME OFFER KIDS’ BIRTHDAY PARTIES?
We offer unique, fun, and affordable parties for boys and girls ages 4 and up. Our party packages include Deluxe, Animal Encounter, Sleep-Under, and Sleep-Over party packages. Please visit our BIRTHDAY PARTY page for more information.
13. DOES SHOWTIME OFFER PARENT NIGHT OUT EVENTS?
We offer Parent Night Out events throughout the year for boys and girls ages 5 -12. These events are typically 4 hours where parents drop their children off for a fun afternoon or evening of themed activities, bounce house, dance party, face art, and so much more. 14. HOW ARE YOUR CLASS FEES CHARGED?
Our classes run continuously throughout the year and are charged the beginning of each month. If you need to drop a class, a DROP FORM is required. Upon our office receiving the drop form your charges will stop the 1st of the month following your 30 day required drop notice.
15. HOW ARE YOUR CHEER CLASS FEES CHARGED?
Our Cheer classes that include Future Rockers, Cover Bands, and Rock the Sideline run in sessions with a start and stop date. Your total session fee is charged up front. An additional fee is charged for a bow and t-shirt if warranted. Please visit our CHEER CLASSES page for more information.
